Digital Transformation - Adobe knows how

 We hear about digital transformation all the time, but we don't see it often enough. I think Adobe is a great example of a company that has successfully transformed itself.

I am a novice Photoshop user, but I noticed a few years back that Adobe changed its products to offer better customer values. It was much easier to install, and prices have been well within my expectation. New features such as cloud storage make it easier for users to save and share files. Also, I can switch from one computer to another with ease. Adobe also repositioned itself to attract beginners and novice users like me by offering new products with fewer features and lower price tags.

Financially, the company has steadily improved year over year.
EBITA has been steadily improving, and I would expect the same going forward. Sales have grown rapidly, but operating expenses increased as well. I would expect that the company will find ways to improve operational effectiveness soon.
